| Twelve Wheel Shot Blasting Machine High Speed Model - 12W - 0.8 x 2.0 The Steelex 12W - 0.8 x 2.0 is a high speed shot blasting machine for structural steel and pre-engineered building (PEB) built up sections and fabrications. The capacity is between 15 to 20 tonnes of PEB beams per hour and more for structural steel fabrications. This machine has twin blast cabinets with four blast wheels mounted on one and eight blast wheels mounted on the second. The first set of wheels pre-blast the beam and the second set fully blast to allows the very high line speeds of 3 to 4 m/min for SA 2.5. It also allows great flexibility to sweep blast with only 4 wheels, blast with 8 wheels or all 12 wheels dependant on the initial condition of the steel. |

| This machine can be installed with an overhead conveyor system for product up to 4000 kgs or with a bogie conveyor for product up to 20000 kgs or both for maximum flexibility. All the direct drive blast wheels are mounted on an angle to the work so all the end plates are cleaned to the same level as the web and flange. |
